Research On The Involvement Of Social Work Institutions In The Cultivation Of Community Social Organizations

With the deepening of China’s economic and political system reform,people’s needs are developing rapidly towards diversification,and social problems also present new characteristics.Especially,the disintegration of the system of units has reduced the degree of social organization to a large extent,so how to promote social governance has become an issue of increasing concern to people.Communities as social governance at the end of the matter,is the end of the implementation of grassroots social governance of 1 km,for urban community identity is low,shallow is a common phenomenon.It is urgent to cultivate community social organizations,build Bridges of communication among residents and promote community participation,so as to meet the personalized and diversified needs of residents and cope with the challenges brought by social transformation.Social work institutions,rooted in communities,are an important force of social governance and the direct subject of cultivating community social organizations.Professional social work institutions are rapidly becoming the main force in cultivating community social organizations with their unique advantages.This paper with the method of participatory observation,the identity of the interns,H social work institution participated in the nurturing process of C community social organizations,and step in H social work institution in C community social organizations to foster in the community as an example,the analysis of H social work organization in the process of practice in community social organizations to foster,to reflect on H social work institutions in cultivating the insufficiencies of the community social organizations,Thus,the process of fostering community social organizations by general social work institutions is summarized.Through the research,it is found that the process of social work institutions cultivating and incubating community social organizations can be generally summarized into four stages: The first stage: The social work institutions through demand investigation,analysis of the demands.According to the demands,determining the types of social organizations in the community.Then according to the interests of residents,holding community activities,recruiting of members,so that the community social organizations began to form;Growth in the second stage: Improve the overall ability of leaders,members and different types of community social organizations.The third stage: the maturity stage of community social organizations.Different types of community social organizations have different signs of maturity.According to different categories,H social work institution adopts different standards to measure their maturity and helps various community social organizations to complete filing.The fourth stage: at the end of cultivation,H social work institution should withdraw from the cultivation of community social organizations,and the social work institution should return the rights to the organization itself.After the intervention of professional social work institutions,the cultivation effect is mainly manifested in three aspects: community,community social organizations themselves and social work institutions.At the community level,it has expanded the participants,enhanced the residents’ ability to participate,and further promoted the development of community autonomy.At the level of community social organization,the scope of its activities has been clarified,and the vitality and continuity of the organization have been enhanced.At the level of social work institutions,the professional competence of social work and institutional practice has been further enhanced.However,H social work institutions also face many problems in the process of cultivation,such as the deviation of cultivation direction,the lack of professional ability and expected results,and the delay and interruption of cultivation work.At last,the paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the problems existing in the cultivation of H social work organization.
