Research On The Training Model Of Physical Education Professionals In Sports Colleges And Universities In The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Under The Background Of "based On The Foundation"

In order to thoroughly implement general secretary Xi Jinping's new ideas on the reform of higher education,the Ministry of education has held relevant meetings several times,and has put forward the new requirement of "adhering to the principle of" taking Ben as the foundation and advancing the four return "to higher education.Under this background,this paper studies the current situation of talent training mode of physical education in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,and puts forward suggestions for the teaching reform of physical education in physical education institutions of higher learning in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.Through literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,logical analysis and so on,this study investigates and studies the training elements of the professional training mode of physical education in sports colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and draws the following conclusions:1.Based on the research on the current situation of talent training mode of physical education in physical education institutions of higher learning in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)although the training objective of physical education in physical education institutions of higher learning in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has made provisions on the knowledge,ability and quality of talents,the integration degree of education concept of "cultivating people by virtue" in the content is not enough;(2)physical education institutions of higher learning in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Although the training standard of physical education specialty has made regulations on students' mastering knowledge,skills and quality,there are few regulations on students' cultural quality and comprehensive quality in the content;(3)the training system of Physical Education Specialty in Colleges and universities of physical education in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is divided into enrollment system,training system and teaching management system,but the training system is lack of innovation;(4)physical education in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region There are some problems in the course setting of physical education major in Colleges and universities,such as professional and technical courses,less teaching skills courses,and poor practical ability of students in teaching practice.(5)the physical education major in Colleges and universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region mainly evaluates students' learning through the assessment system,and the content of process evaluation needs to be improved.2.According to the "based on this" educational thought,this study constructs the training mode of physical education professionals in Beijing Tianjin Hebei area from three aspects: the construction goal,the construction idea and the construction strategy,among which the construction strategy is as follows:(1)the training goal should embody the education idea of "cultivating people by virtue";(2)the training specification should be in the professional knowledge,ability and quality of students In addition to the requirements,we should also pay attention to the connotation education of students;(3)the training system should be optimized according to the actual needs to improve the practicability of the training system;(4)in the training process,we should pay attention to the construction of general course content,increase the class hours of specialized courses,strengthen the management of teaching practice,and establish the evaluation system of teaching practice;(5)in the training evaluation,we should pay attention to the process evaluation to enrich it The evaluation means should be strict with graduates' export and improve the quality of personnel training.
