Objective: To study effects of exercise and carbohydrate supplement?exer cise intervention,rats left ventricular IGF1R/expression of IRS1 signaling pathways,pure and carbohydrate supplement?exercise intervention on rat myoca rdial IGF1R/IRS1 signaling pathways regulating.Methods:Experiment 1:pure motion model(acute,4-week,10-week exercise training model):divided into quiet control group,after the last movement,0h,3h and 24 h.Experiment 2:carbohydrate supplement + exercise model(4 weeks,8weeks of carbohydrate supplement?exercise),divided into the quiet control group,the simple movement group(group E),a simple carbohydrate supplement group(group G),fill sugar + exercise group(group E + G).Western blot protein imprinting method was used to detect the changes of p-IGF1R/IGF1 R,p-IRS1/IRS1,p-mTOR /mTOR express on in rats,and spss software was used for data processing and analysis.Results:Experiment 1:simple exercise model(acute exercise training,4weeks and 10 weeks after the last movement 0 h,3 h,24 h based),quiet than the control group,the rats myocardial IGF1R/IRS1 signaling pathways,there were no significant difference(p>0.05).The myocardial mTOR in rats with acute and10-week exercise after the last exercise was compared with that of the silent control group,with no significant change(p>0.05).Compared with the quiet control group,mTOR was significantly increased after 4 weeks of exercise(p<0.05).Experiment 2:carbohydrate supplement?exercise model(4 weeks,8 weeks carbohydrate supplement?exercise training),than the control group,quiet simple exercise group,simple carbohydrate supplement group,carbohydrate supplement ?exercise group rats myocardial IGF1R/IRS1 signaling pathways,there were no significant change(p>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Simple exercise did not activate the IGF1R/IRS1 signaling pathway in rat myocardium.(2)4 weeks of exercise training can enable mTOR to be activated.(3)After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of supplemental sugar?exercise model,24 h after the last movement of the model did not activate the myocardium IGF1R/IRS1.
