The performance of orienteering athletes is determined by their ability to read and run in the race,and the athletes' special endurance level directly determined their trail running ability,therefore,to study the special endurance training method of directional athletes,has important practical significance.On the basis of studying the research results of predecessors and the successful experience of coaches,this paper applies the cross training method to the special endurance training of junior middle school men orienteering athletes.With the usage of sports training,biological sciences,pedagogy and methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,etc.Through three levels of theoretical analysis,questionnaire and expert interview to select the method of special endurance training for junior middle school men orienteering athletes and the indexes of special endurance training.According to the characteristics of physical and mental development of junior middle school students,a set of cross-training program for the development of special endurance for junior middle school athletes is optimized.With 30 athletes of off-road team in Beijing Experimental School as experimental objects,divided them into the experimental group and control group,the contrast experiment lasts for 16 weeks,verified man directional cross-country cross training method in junior high school and the application effect of special endurance training.The following results are obtained:1.The current cross-training method is less applied in the special endurance training of junior middle school orienteers.The training content is not specific,the training methods and means are relatively single,and the athletes' interest in training is not high.2.After 16 weeks of the experiment,the experimental group reflects the special endurance level athletes physiological indexes such as vital capacity.The heart rate has different degree of ascension,made a significant difference or extremely significant difference before and after the experiment.3.3.With the 16 weeks experiments,the overall index of FMS body function of the experimental group,was improved,and there was a significant difference before and after the experiment.In particular,the deep squats,hurdles and rotational stability of the body have been greatly improved.4.With the 16 weeks experiments,in the experimental group,the indicators of mental activity as well as the participation interest of sports training,were greatly improved,and there was a significant difference before and after the experiment.5.After 16 weeks of the experiment,the experimental group athletes reflect special endurance performance indicators.For example,the 1000-meter run result and 12-minute run result has a different level of ascension,produced a very significant difference before and after the experiment.Conclusion: cross training method can effectively improve the level of directional cross-country athletes special endurance of senior high male students,at the same time to fully coordinated development of the athletes' physical quality,reducing directional cross-country the functional disorder of the movement of athletes,sports injury prevention.And because of the diversity of its training methods,athletes can be very interested in sports training.In the end,compared with the specific endurance index of the experimental group and the control group,the effect of using cross-training method to improve the specific endurance level was better than that of the traditional training method.
