Study On The Special Endurance Training Of Vietnamese Young Men's 5000m Athletes

In recent years,the policy of government about sports,the efforts of scientists and coaches,national sports has made great progress on sport,especially in track and field events,which is reflected in the international competition of long-distance runners.Through sports performance,we can evaluate the level of specific physical level.Therefore,it is very important to raise the special endurance for the 5000 meters(m)young men's runners.The study of special endurance training for the 14 – 15 ages runner in Vietnam can improve the performance of the Vietnamese long distance runners.The research methods are used including of analysis and synthesis of documents,expert interview,observation,evaluation,physiological examination experiment and mathematical statistics method.In order to evaluate training tests,through the research methods of above 20 athletes(5000m male 14-15 years old)belonging to some training centers and Hanoi,Da Nang,Khanh Hoa,Ho Chi Minh cities.We randomly divided into two groups: 10 athletes in the experimental group and 10 athletes in the control group.After 12 months of experiments,we have raised the special endurance and athletic performance of the young men's 5000 m runners.From the results we have some conclusions:1.According to the selection of 7 testes to meet the evaluation for special endurance of the 14 – 15 ages 5000 m runners: 10 triple jump,1000 m,2000m,3000 m,5000m,10000 m,Test VO2 max and the establishment of the 03 standards to assess 5000 m running athletes,14-15 ages(classification,special endurance level score of each test and comprehensive score table).2.Through the study of the used exercises status and the relationship between special endurance and other physical fitness,27 tests have been selected to develop the special endurance of 14-15 ages 5000 m runners in Vietnam.3.After 12 months of the experiment(divided into 2 different stages of testing and evaluation),special endurance exercises were applied to 10 5000 m runners(14-15 ages),the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,not only the performance but also in the growth rate of performance and classification the level of in special endurance.A comprehensive classification of the experimental group of special endurance level advantage P<0.05.This article puts forward some suggestions:1.During the 5000 m distance training,coaches should use exercises that have been studied,selected,and tested for use in the training process for 5000 meter runners2.The study should continue to develop the special endurance of 5000 meter athletes at all ages and sex,and improve the effect of training.3.It is possible to use the benchmark of special endurance for of 14-15 ages 5000 m runners of research topic to build in the training process.
