In this study SanDaDui Shanghai sports institute man in 2010 national sanshou championship of 12 preparation training athletes as the research object, the national level and six as outstanding athletes athletes of national level 2 and the following athletes, six as the average group. Through power cycling tests and wrestler and actual combat, sandbags training tests, accurate evaluation pre-match training phase change of special endurance athletes, and different sports level athletes use three training form of exercise intensity, for team by targeted training, improve training efficiency to provide the reference.The pre-season training is divided into three stages, middle and later, in early days (June 28), intermediate (12 July), later (on July 26) fixed time for power, and in the bicycle testing power bicycle testing respectively in the week after the completion of training and actual combat training and wrestling training tests, filling sandbags three training method adopts 2min training lmin rest with training methods, all records in the third inning after the end of the heart rate and blood lactic acid data. Statistical analysis of test results, the followingconclusions:1 Pre-season training in the different stages of special endurance athletes fluctuation, appear larger than power bicycle testing can objectively assess the special endurance athletes, the athletes mid level of maximum power and average power are significantly (p<0.05), this is mainly due to the medium-term exercise load is bigger, athletes fatigue, leading to the accumulation of existing special endurance decline.2 Excellent group of special endurance level obviously higher than common groups, among which the most excellent group athletes high-powered, average power and supreme blood lactic acid value were significantly higher than normal group (p<0.05). Heart rate index in reflecting the special endurance athletes are not sensitive level.3 The sports training methods wrestling low strength, excellent group and ordinary group of athletes in the maximum heart rate and training wrestling blood lactic acid value were significantly lower than power cycling, actual combat training and sandbags training peak (p<0.05). Analyzed from the special physical ability training, three innings that can effectively improve the wrestling athletes special endurance level.Four combat and sandbags training center rate and blood lactic acid peak and the peak close to power bicycle testing, no significant difference (p>0.05), but actual combat training and power bicycle testing peak appeared in after training, and sandbags 5min 28-month high appeared in training 3min after training. This reflects the actual combat training exercise intensity closer to power the objective evaluation results bike, and sandbags training exercise intensity below actual combat training exercise intensity.Suggest:1 Pregame larger, middle exercise load of athletes shall periodically evaluate objectively the special endurance level, prevent the occurrence of excessive fatigue.2 Three innings to improve athletes training wrestling no significant effect of special endurance level training purpose wrestling, Suggestions will focus on improving the wrestling techniques rather than enhance the special physical ability.3 For effective improve the athlete's special endurance level, suggest to combat training and sandbags training, conditions allow suggest preferred combat training.
