Extracurricular activities is an important part of school physical education,physical education is the extension and continuation and supplement,is to ensure that students exercise every day for an hour,improve the important organizational form of the students' physical health level,multiple price sports and cultural education,moral education has its value,is the process of fostering students' all-round development.Study on Beijing Haidian Teachers Training College Affiliated Experimental School(referred to as "Haidian Education Experimental School")as an example,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods,through the investigation and study to carry out systematic situation of extracurricular sports activities,its purpose the school is to understand the situation of the extracurricular sports and students to participate in extracurricular sports activities of the status quo,and participate in extracurricular sports activities before and after the psychological and physical health status changes from the students to understand the role of middle school extracurricular sports activities,provide the basis for further development of Extracurricular Sports activities,promote the development of better school extracurricular sports activities the.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The Haidian education experimental school extracurricular sports activities mainly include provisions of schedule in extracurricular sports activities,school extracurricular sports activities and extracurricular sports activities of three kinds of extracurricular sports activities of the organization;the main form of student self-management,teacher guidance,students free activities,sports associations,clubs and school organization,teachers lead the four forms;every day as early as 7:00-8:00 free exercise,morning exercises every afternoon 16:00 17:00 all student activity time;although the track does not meet the national requirements,but the allocation of sports facilities is better;the number of PE teachers is sufficient,education level and high level professional titles.2.Haidian experimental school education in extracurricular sports activities has formed its own characteristics,one is based on students' interests as the starting point,to carry out new sports activities,give students more choice;the two is the creation of sports activities of the second classroom,enrich the content of extracurricular activities;the three is to give students the freedom to explore space so,extracurricular sports activities organized students;four is to strengthen extracurricular sports activities of the supervision and inspection,security activity effect.3.Students have a strong desire to participate in extracurricular sports activities,a variety of extracurricular sports activities;motivation to participate in extra-curricular sports activities more diverse,attitude is correct,in more serious;a week to participate in extracurricular sports activities are mainly concentrated in the range of 3-9 times,each time mainly concentrated in 30-60 minutes;influence factors of Haidian education experimental school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities is the main learning task,space limitations.4.Through the experiment of the experimental group and the control group of two groups of students' physical health level,emotional level and social adaptation ability compared with the three kinds of index test,extracurricular sports activities have a positive effect is significant to improve the students physical health level,emotional level and social adaptation ability..
