This article takes the current situation of high-level reserve talents training base of middle-and long-distance races in China as the research object,adopts literature data,interviews,field surveys,questionnaires,and mathematical statistics as the research methods,and passes through 21 high-end long-distance running events in China.The leaders,coaches,and athletes of the horizontal reserve talents base conduct investigations and studies,find problems and deficiencies in the personnel training of reserve talent bases in the middle and long-distance running events based on the research results,and propose corresponding reasonable suggestions for these problems and deficiencies.The purpose is to improve the problems and deficiencies in the cultivation of reserve talent bases by providing specific suggestions,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the rationalization of personnel training for reserve talent bases in the middle and long distance races at the present stage,and to further improve the reserve talent bases for the middle and long distance races in China.Advantageous development provides a reference.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.At the current stage,reserve talent bases for China's middle-and-long distance races have sufficient reserves of athletes and coaches,and the age structure basically meets the requirements of development at the current stage;the ratio of male and female athletes is approximately equal,which is unfavorable to the project from the perspective of the historical development of China's middle-distance race.Development;Each base needs to be improved in terms of personnel delivery,and it is necessary to formulate related transportation incentives.2.At the current stage,reserve talent bases for middle and long-distance races in China,coaches have rich experience in coaching,coaches have a high level of overall academic qualifications,but professional theoretical knowledge,scientific research capabilities are weak,and job titles are relatively high;each base has specialized coaches Training programs,but coverage is incomplete;most coaches participate in on-the-job training,but the training results are not good.It is necessary to provide training courses that are more in line with the advanced science and training of young people at this stage,and formulate corresponding training assessment systems to improve the quality of training.3.At the current stage,reserve talent bases for middle and long-distance races in China,the selection of athletes is basically in line with the theoretical basis for scientific selection,the coach training plan is formulated as a long-term training goal,and the basis for formulating the training plan is more scientific;the base athletes have more uniform training approaches;athletes' Daily management basically guarantees the regularity of athletes' lives,but cannot fully cover them.4.At the current stage,reserve talent bases for middle and long-distance races in China,athletes have clear plans for future life goals,clear motivations for participating in training,and willingness to participate in training;athletes have a high degree of awareness of the importance of learning,but learning enthusiasm and academic performance are not too high.ideal.5.At the current stage,reserve talent bases for China's middle-and long-distance running projects,athletes' special technical training and physical fitness training are basically in line with the requirements of each age stage,but the quality of training needs to be improved;the athletes' training venue environment is relatively single and the number of annual competitions is relatively small.Coaches communicate well and harmoniously;6.The reserve talent base for China's middle-and long-distance races at this stage has a more perfect development plan for the athletes;communication and exchanges at the leadership level and coach level of the same base are common,which is conducive to the development of the overall reserve talent base;the matching of scientific research equipment at various bases is relatively complete.However,the relative lack of scientific research personnel,scientific research cooperation with universities is more general;the source of funds for the base is relatively single;the cooperation and communication between the regional education bureau and the sports bureau is not close,and the attention of regional media to the track and field project is not high.
