Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Middle And Long Distance Running Plateau Training Base In Weining

Weining is located in the northwest of Guizhou province,which belongs to the northwest plateau in Guizhou.State general administration of sports field center sporting endurance and Guizhou sports bureau have done the research for many times in Weining map plateau training base,and finally the winner of the construction of the middle-long-distance altitude training base was planned a three pavilion(track and field,gymnasium,swimming pool and shooting range),while supporting a 4 km of slow grass runway and 2 km cross-country road.By the end of 2017,Weining had officially been established 10 middle-distance running plateau training bases.In this research I mainly use the questionnaire survey method,the field investigation method,the literature material method,the interview method,the logical analysis method and so on.I have carried on the investigation and analysis about Weining map middle-long-distance altitude training base of the location equipment,funds source,selecting athletes,coaches,team building,coaching etc to find the problems during the process of Weining map middle-long-distance altitude training base,according to the problems I put forward suggestions and countermeasures about it,in order to provide the reference value and experience for reference for Weining map middle-long-distance altitude training base so that there will be a better future development in future.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn in this paper: the equipment and hardware facilities of the plateau training base for middle and long distance running in Weining are not perfect,and the training sites are in serious shortage;There is a single source of funds and a small amount of funds in Weining middle and long distance running plateau training base,only relying on the annual financial allocation from 20,000 to 40,000 yuan;The base coaches are short in faculty and there are few opportunities to go out for study and communication;The selection of athletes is mainly based on the experience of coaches.Athletes have more chances to participate in county competitions,but they have less chances to participate in higher competitions;Most of the school's leaders support the establishment of a plateau training base for middle and long distance running.
