Study On Professional Nature Of Community Workers And Its Influencing Factors

After the establishment of the basic management system of "Community system" in China,with the change of grass-roots administration mode,the diversification of residents 'service demands and the emergence of new social contradictions,the professional nature of community workers is demanded.But at present,the professionalization of community workers is still at the initial stage,the existing academic research have no clear definition of professionalism,lack of professional standards and lack of empirical support for the discussion of professional influencing factors.This article firstly combine the theoretical faction of the professional standard construction through the research literature,summing up five professional standards of function,knowledge,value,education,and autonomy based on the generality of each scholar's professional standards.Then through the literature review and concept analysis,combing with interview data and expert opinion,the article construct fractal dimensions of professional standards and operationalize the dimensions to generate the measurement scale,by which three districts in Shanghai was issued.Through the detailed analysis of the survey data,this study summarizes the composition characteristics of the community workers,describes the specific performance of the workers in different professional standards and the existing problems.At the same time,through the use of variance testing,correlation analysis and other statistical methods to explore the impact of professional factors,the article analyzes the relevant relationship between professionalism and practitioners' professional life,the major,the professional qualifications,job burden,salary satisfaction and other factors and analyzes the internal impact mechanism.Finally,from the perspective of the universities and the government,this paper puts forward the professional construction strategy of constructing the professional Knowledge value system,optimizing the educational model,improving the salary management system,reducing the worker's occupational burden and so on.
