A Study On The Formation,influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Undergraduates' Entrepreneurial Consciousness In Agricultural Universities

With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,machinery and intelligence in the proportion of the industry continues to increase,the new industry on the traditional industries continue to impact and replace,leading to employment pressure.Entrepreneurship at the same time to promote employment,and through entrepreneurship to provide more jobs,this country has introduced a series of policies and systems to encourage students to start a business,college students will be widely concerned about entrepreneurship.With the development of modern agriculture,our country is paying more and more attention to the three rural issues.The problems of college students' entrepreneurship in the higher agricultural colleges are also highly valued by the society.Entrepreneurial consciousness is the driving force for the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.The university stage is the critical period of the formation of entrepreneurial consciousness.Animal science is an important part of agriculture.Therefore,this study chooses four senior students of animal science in agricultural colleges as the research object.Based on the theory of planned behavior,Maslow needs hierarchy theory and Astamin model theory,The Necessity of Cultivating College Students' Entrepreneurship Consciousness.Understand the status quo of college students in animal science,analyze the reasons,find out the solution.Mainly using the questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis method,and according to the questionnaire survey data statistics,found that personal aspects,family,school,social aspects of college students is the main factor affecting the formation of entrepreneurial awareness.Therefore,in strengthening the awareness of college students,should be based on the results of the analysis to further elaborate the strengthening of agricultural college students undergraduate awareness of the formation of the relevant countermeasures.In terms of personal ability,as a college student should strengthen their own quality development,improve risk prediction and anti-risk ability.In the school resources,schools should increase the construction and implementation of entrepreneurial courses,the establishment of entrepreneurial mentor system to ensure that entrepreneurship courses,entrepreneurship classes set the time and the number of hours due to school should be appropriate.In the family,parents should increasetheir entrepreneurial support to students and encourage and guide students to learn from their parents,for college students to provide some material support and spiritual encouragement,and actively guide and encourage students and entrepreneurial experience of friends and exchanges and learning The In terms of social resources,students should be informed of the state entrepreneurship policy and social support for entrepreneurship,increase the promotion of entrepreneurship policy for the formation of college students to create a good social atmosphere.
