The professional identity of the child-care worker is the guarantee of the successful implementation of the policy of combining education with preschool education,which affects the stability of the child-care team and is an important factor to promote the physical and mental development of children.It is of great significance to pay attention to the professional identity of child-care workers for their professional growth.To enhance the professional identity of child-care workers is not only the requirement of the development of child-care workers themselves,but also the requirement of the Times to better meet the physical and mental health development of young children.In the context of the revitalization and development of Northeast China,the research on the status of professional identity of nursery staff in Shenyang is conducive to improving the quality of preschool education service in the old industrial base of Northeast China and supporting the revitalization of Northeast China.In this study,qualitative and quantitative methods were used to investigate the occupational identity of 314 child-care workers in Shenyang.This paper attempts to present the present situation of the professional identity of the Shenyang child-care workers,analyzes the differences of the professional identity of the Shenyang child-care workers from the demographic variables,and tries to excavate the problems existing in the professional identity of the child-care workers,based on the analysis of the data,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the professional identity of childcare workers.The results show that,first of all,Shenyang's childcare workers have a medium level of occupational identity,but "it seems high,but it is not high",and there are significant differences between individuals.In the analysis of demographic variables,there are significant differences among different ages,years of schooling,educational background,salary,class type,character of running a kindergarten and the level of occupational identity in urban and rural areas.Secondly,based on the results of the survey on the professional identity of child-care workers in Shenyang,the paper discusses the demographic variables and compares the research results of different regions and different scholars,analysis and discussion on the problems of professional identity of childcare workers in Shenyang.Including inaccurate role positioning,lack of positive emotional input,lack of professional will,lack of understanding of professional value,professional expectations higher than the actual level,lack of professional skills.Through the interview method,this paper discusses the factors that affect the professional identity of Shenyang City's child-care workers from three aspects: self-factors,social factors and the conditions of the kindergarten,these factors include career prestige,social support,salary,interpersonal atmosphere,management system,professional training,professional development awareness,professional values and professional experience.Finally,the author makes educational suggestions to promote the professional identity of child-care workers.The government can raise the salary of child-care workers,improve the management and supervision of child-care workers,and enhance their social status.Kindergarten can establish a benign incentive mechanism and create an efficient learning environment.Child care providers need to enhance professional development awareness,improve emotional regulation and build harmonious interpersonal relationships.
