Research On Current Situation Of Sports Facilities In Primary And Midlle Schools In Dongcheng District Of Beijing

With the attention of the state to the physical and health of primary and middle school students,the school sports facilities have been paid more and more attention.As an integral part of the basic teaching conditions of schools,school sports facilities and facilities are material guarantees for physical education,after-school training and competition,extracurricular sports activities,and also an important part of checking,supervising,evaluating and standardizing school running.At present,School Physical Education in China is still a relatively weak link in the whole educational cause,and the problems of school sports facilities and facilities are not up to standard and outdated,which restrict the development of school physical education.As the central city of Beijing,Dongcheng District has a large number of students,but there are great differences in the hardware allocation,use and management of sports facilities in primary and secondary schools,which,to a certain extent,restricts the healthy development of primary and secondary school students.This paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,taking Beijing city of Dongcheng District school sports facilities as the research object,through a number of sports venues,the Dongcheng District primary and secondary school types,standards,utilization,management and current situation of opening to the society such as the investigation analysis.Summary of Dongcheng District school sports facilities and the problems and put forward countermeasures,Beijing City,Dongcheng District primary and middle school management and development facilities improvement measures and suggestions.The study found that:(1)the sports facilities and facilities in primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng District basically carried out in accordance with the national standards for the provision of sports facilities in primary and secondary schools,but there is still a gap in quantity allocation.(2)the utilization rate of the primary and secondary school sports venues in Dongcheng District is low,and the sports venues are unused.(3)the sports facilities in primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng District are mainly equipped with track and field,basketball court,badminton court and so on.The categories are relatively single,and the facilities and facilities can not meet the needs of students' favorite sports.(4)the maintenance and management of sports facilities in primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng District is not standard enough,and 66.7% of primary and secondary school's field maintenance managers are part time teachers.(5)in some primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng District,the scope of opening to the community is relatively small,and the opening rate is relatively low.The open population is relatively narrow,which can not meet the needs of fitness enthusiasts in the surrounding communities.According to the research,we put forward the following suggestions:(1)all primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng District should strictly carry out the sports facilities and facilities in strict accordance with the latest standards,and strictly control the quantity and quality of sports facilities.(2)Dongcheng District's sports facilities in primary and secondary schools should integrate resources,take the fragmentation management mode of Dongcheng District school districts,and build an integrated management platform between schools,schools and society,so as to realize the resource sharing of sports venues and facilities.(3)to increase the investment in the construction of sports facilities in primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng District,and to prepare for the maintenance of sports facilities through a variety of channels and ways.(4)all primary and secondary schools in Dongcheng District should improve the management and maintenance system of school sports venues and facilities,unified standards,and set up full-time site facilities management posts.(5)under the premise of ensuring campus safety,we should gradually expand the scope of opening.At the same time,the government should implement the guarantee funds for the opening of sports facilities in primary and secondary schools to the society.
