| Chinese sports have entered the sports power from the sports nation. A very importantjudgment to a sports power is based on the launching of mass sports. As an important partof the sport, Community sports are in its important position of mass sport increasingly. Inthe Community sports development process, the venue, as the most basic material securityconditions directly affect the community sports‘carrying out. The research analyzes theconstruction of sports facilities in Beijing and suburban areas of new residential district,explores features and problems, explore, clarify and optimize the construction of newhousing and sports facilities in China’s urban ideas. through the sports facilities, HaidianDistrict, and the status of implementation of the "urban community sports facilitiesconstruction land. The research occupies a wide range of literature and field surveys on thebasis of the integrated use of interviews, case studies and mathematical statistics, researchmethods, study, Haidian District, construction of new residential areas and sports facilities.the following conclusions:Haidian District, as development areas of Beijing city, the overall situation ofcommunity sports facility, construction status is relatively better than the other districts.But the total facilities such as the majority of outdoor sports facilities, new residential areaof sports management and service facilities are low. Setting of the project due to thelimited area of community open space and other factors, emphasis on small projects showsthe "small and light, Chong old abandoned new features. But the specifications of thefacilities is significantly better than the old district; sports facilities including small sourcesof funding the construction with the residential built time-correlated single source of fundsfor construction of sports facilities, multi-use with government investment and lottery fund,investment in real estate business mainly, the motivation of developers to invest in theconstruction of sports facilities and more purpose to improve the residential livingenvironment, increasing the sale of attraction; to the sports administrators and developersof community, understanding the "urban community sports facilities construction land" isnot ideal, understanding the overall situation of the indicators of the new residential districtin Haidian District with the implementation is worse. Most communities barely completedthe requirements of the indicators of the standard, but the following limit requirements forreference standards, and level of sports management and service facilities is low. The"urban community sports facilities construction land index" did not effect Haidian District’new residential district of sports facilities construction in the supervision and guidance;district residents satisfied with the degree was "in the high two low" of the state, residentschoosing "very satisfied" and "very dissatisfied" are more than two options, and themajority was neutral choice. The male residents are overall satisfied higher than the female residents and female residents’ choosing is the polarization trend. The view of youngpeople from different ages is slightly better than middle-aged and older people, as the mainbody of the community fitness whose demand are high show the lowest satisfaction forresidential venues and facilities; most residents like the sports facilities, such as indoortable tennis, fitness equipment and chess and outdoor fitness path, table tennis, badmintonand tennis. Residents want to increase the indoor sports facilities, such as tennis, outdoorvenues and facilities for badminton; there are so many problems in the construction ofcommunity sports ground, for example, the residents’ awareness of fitness need to bestrengthened, the inappropriate sitting, no children’s fitness requirements, no ability tointegrate resources, facilities for post-maintenance, weak chain of custody and other issues,etc. |
