With the development of our country’s social economy,people’s pursuit of material life and spiritual and cultural life is constantly improving,and the educational development concept of fairness,justice and harmony has gradually taken root in the hearts of the people.At the same time,the balanced development of education has become an educational problem that people pay close attention to.It is an important measure to promote the balanced development of education.In this paper,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and guided by the theory of balanced development of education,through the investigation and analysis of the students and schools of physical education and physical education,the author analyzes from the macroscopic level.Meso level,micro level In this paper,the author discusses the implementation effect of poverty alleviation and post practice and the aspects that need to be improved,and draws the following conclusions:1.From the sociological point of view,the overall layout of the practice and teaching in the field of helping the poor and supporting the post is comprehensive and reasonable,considering the specific conditions of different regions in Xinzhou region,and promoting the balanced allocation of the resources of supporting education;from the angle of economics,The implementation of the practice and teaching in helping the top post promotes the balanced allocation of educational resources among the schools in the service area,and from the perspective of pedagogy,the implementation of the practice and support of the post practice promotes the balanced development of the quality of education and the educational results.2.According to the effect of the teaching of poverty alleviation,the first is that it plays an important role in the supplement of teachers and teachers,the renewing of teaching,the diversification of teaching methods,etc.Secondly,the teaching students of body teaching have realized the transformation of personal knowledge,tamping the abilities of teaching design,teaching skills,organization management,communication and coordination,and improving their teachers ’ professional accomplishment,laying a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality sports reserve talents;Third,it also helps the students of the branch school to have a deeper understanding of the sports,master the new knowledge and skills,and promote the students ’ intellectual and physical development.3.Although the practice and teaching of helping the poor in the field of sports education is in the stage of deepening its development,it has balanced the supply and demand of teachers on a scale in terms of defining the division of responsibilities in the system.Optimization of the structure of the curriculum design and broaden the communication channels and other aspects need to be strengthened.The solution of the above problems will help to improve the effect of poverty alleviation and post practice and support education in the field of physical education and promote the balanced development of education in the region.
