Research background:The purpose and significance of the study: with the increase of age,the function of the organs and tissues of the body is accompanied by a certain degree of decline, and the decline in the physical function of the body is directly reflected in the daily life activities. This kind of recession will reduce the work efficiency of daily life, the heavy will cause disease and even cause fall and lose the ability of independent life, which directly affects the quality of life of old people in their later years. The direct factor of falling is the decrease of the balance ability of the human body. But it is a complicated process for the human body to maintain its own balance. It involves three links: the input of feeling, the integration of the center, and the control of the movement end.Research objective:From the balance ability of the human body, this paper explores the relationship between the body and other functional abilities. At the same time,by observing the changing trend of the balance ability of the human body with age,the ROC curve is used to analyze the relationship between the balance and the fall of the Tsinghua Tongfang balance instrument, and the critical value of the fall of the subjects is given.Subjects and methods: 4373 subjects were selected by random sampling in Beijing,Nanjing and Jiangsu Jurong,of which 1656 were male(age 62.58 + 11.53 years, height 163.33 + 6.53 cm,weight 67.46 10.95kg),female 2717(age 60.16 + 11.23,height 154.72 + 5.78,weight 60.05 + 9.55).The subjects were tested for their physical function(grip strength, six meter gait,30 s continuous sitting, running experiment)and balance ability(standing / closed eye 30 s balance).SPSS20.0 statistical software is used to compare the difference of functional ability and balance between the basic information, functional ability and balance index of the subjects by comparing the functional ability and balance ability of different age groups. The relationship between the functional ability and balance ability of the body is demonstrated by the Pearson correlation analysis, and the use of origin9.0 to make the balance index follow the age trend. Finally, the prediction effect of balance ability and fall is analyzed by ROC.At the same time,Youden index method and trigonometric function method are applied to give the critical value of fall warning. The results showed that there were significant differences in physical functional ability and balance ability between 18-30 years old,30-60 years old and over 60 years old.The difference of balance ability occurred in groups of 1-3 and 2-3,and the balance ability with age trend map showed that the balance ability of human body decreased significantly over 60 years old.HGS,SMW and 30 sSTS were significantly correlated with most indicators of balance ability.TUG was only significantly correlated with balance index length/area in females. At least one method of measuring the area under the ROC curve of balance ability and fall is more than 0.5 in open and closed eyes.At the same time, the early warning value of the fall of the balance instrument is Xmaxmin(Z):55.04(cm^2),Ymaxmin(Z):22.175(cm^2),area(Z):4040.015.5(cm^(-1)),length/times(Z):2.155(cm/s).Conclusion: the physical function and balance ability show a downward trend with the increase of age,and the balance ability is more obvious at the age of 60.There is a significant correlation between body balance and physical function.ROC analysis shows that the evaluation index of the balance instrument of Tsinghua Tongfang has a certain significance for the prediction of the fall(the area under the curve is greater than 0.05),while the index Xmaxmin(Z)>55.04(cm^2),Ymaxmin(Z)>22.175(cm^2),area(Z)>4040.015.Z)>2.155(cm/s)suggested that subjects had risk of falls.
