| Achievement values refer to the individual’s choice of achievement and public’s view and recognition of individual achievement in different social backgrounds.Different achievement values can lead people to develop in different directions and make different achievements among individuals.Achievement values can influence the direction of realizing self-value,determine the individual’s self-development and the achievements of performance.The achievement values of female college students determine their learning goals and their pursuit after graduation.Although female college students are aware of the realization of self-worth,there are still some problems in their achievement values.Therefore,study the female college students’ achievement values can guide female college students to establish a correct awareness of achievement based on the perspective of ideological and political education.It is helpful for female college students to realize their self-worth,balance the double roles of family and society,and promote their development in the social field.The research is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background,significance,content and methods of the research,and it also include the brief review of the relevant literature at home and abroad.The second part summarizes the related theory of values,achievement values and female college students’ achievement values.In the third part,the female college students of North University of China are regarded as the research objects of the questionnaire,it investigates the female college students’ views on female achievement.And we can analysis the present situation and problems of female college students’ achievement values through the questionnaire.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the formation of the contemporary female college students’ achievement values.The fifth part puts forward the guiding countermeasures of female college students’ achievement values from three aspects: social environment,media guidance and college education.It is hoped that through the research of this thesis,the female college students can realize their ownachievement value,strengthen the colleges to attach importance to the female college students’ achievement values,and promote the development of the female college students. |
