Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' National Spirit

As the wisdom crystallization of the Chinese nation's way of life,ideal and belief,and values,the national spirit has provided an impregnable belief and an inexhaustible source of power for the steady progress of the Chinese nation.It is a great national spirit inherited and developed by the Chinese people in their long struggle,and it not only gives China a direction and spiritual support for the advancement of mankind in the world.General Secretary Chinese Dream has stressed in many speeches the importance of college students to the realization of‘Chinese Dream' and the Socialist Modernization Drive.It is also proposed that the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core should be carried forward continuously,and that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation requires college students to be able to shoulder the heavy responsibilities of the times.This will depend on the national spirit to enhance the national pride and self-confidence of college students.Therefore,it is an important task to cultivate the national spirit of college students.Taking the cultivation of college students' national spirit as the main line,this paper analyzes the interaction between ‘Chinese Dream',Socialist Modernization,national spirit and college students on the basis of reading and studying the existing academic achievements.Thus,it shows the necessity of cultivating the national spirit of college students.In the course of investigating the present situation of the cultivation of college students' national spirit,we find that there are some problems,such as the low enthusiasm of practicing and understanding,and so on,so we actively explore the train of thought and countermeasures for the cultivation of college students' national spirit.By innovating the form and content of national spirit cultivation in colleges and universities,we should create a good social environment for the cultivation of national spirit,encourage parents to carry out appropriate national spirit education for their children,and enhance the ability of college students to cultivatethemselves.In order to promote the cultivation of national spirit of college students can be successfully carried out.
