Nowadays,the forms of physical education in primary schools are relatively monotonous,and the content is rather dull.The old education and unchanging teaching have obliterated children’s interest in physical education.Some schools in order to facilitate the management of students,for students of the “safe” one-sided,adding a lot of queue exercises,these dry queue exercises for students to reduce physical education learning interest,the teaching content of physical education becomes monotonous and teachers is more mechanized to study the contents of "indoctrination" to students;some schools in order to complete the task of training the physical health test,physical health test project one-sided and ignore other sports content,only pay attention to the students’ scores,do not pay attention to the students’ interest;some sports specialty school,a large number of physical education time,they practice the school characteristics of the project,so that the characteristics of the project is very strong.The contents of other PE corresponding squeezed a little,the whole class into a training course......Therefore,based on enhancing students’ physique and exercising their aerobic capacity and coordination quality,this paper develops a puppet pedal exercise teaching material for the purpose of cultivating students’ interests and enriching the contents of physical education.Data analysis and argumentation on the contents of pedal exercise is done by means of literature,questionnaire,interview,observation and action research,so as to provide references for physical education teachers in the creation and practical application research activities of primary school pedal exercises.This article has carried out the action research and Practice for 16 weeks in class 2 and class 6 of grade three of Zhongguancun fourth primary school.In the course of the action research,the results of data obtained from the application and the feedback results of students and teachers on the pedal exercise are analyzed,and the individual movements of the pedals are modified and rearranged.Then,I collated and analyzed all the data and contents,and made a summary and reflection.Conclusion: through the practice of action research for 16 weeks,the data and feedback results were analyzed and found that pedal exercise can effectively improve the pupils’ cardiopulmonary function and coordination,it is easy to learn a simple action,exaggerated body movements and exercises and games because of the combination of quality courses but also have a strong interest.The influence on the students’ sense of direction and strength of lower limbs.Based on the characteristics and advantages of integrated pedal exercise,it is recommended to introduce pedal exercise into physical education class,which can be taught individually or as a teaching material,and it can also be popularized and applied in primary school break exercises.
