Research objectives:Aging-related vulnerability syndrome is highly correlated with neuromuscular and cardiovascular dysfunction, which is one of the important factors of disability, disability, decline of physiological function and decline of muscle endurance in elderly women. Therefore, this experiment took 60-69 years old women as subjects for 8 weeks of elastic band flexible anti-group exercises. The indexes were tested before and after the training, and the exercise effect was tested, which provided reference for scientific fitness and scientific self-test of elderly women.Research methods:27 elderly women aged 60-69 years old in the retired teaching and working center of Zhongbei University were selected for 8 weeks of flexible resistance exercises with elastic band. The training program is three times a week, one hour each time. The class hours are divided into body warming-up,routine exercise and flexible resistance exercise.Among them, the routine exercises were performed 2 times, interval 2 minutes, flexible resistance exercises 11 movements each time,10 times in the first 4 weeks,12 times in the last 4 weeks, keeping 2-3 breaths and circulating 2 times. The maximum heart rate of this experimental scheme was in the range of 121-140.The subjects were tested before the experiment and at the end of the 8th week. The main indicators were collected and analyzed for muscle strength, cardiac function and lung function.Research results:(1)After 8 weeks of training, the muscle strength of the subjects was significantly different from that before the experiment(P < 0.01)in skeletal muscle index, walking speed and grip strength of the limbs, but there was no significant difference in back strength performance(P > 0.05).(2)After 8 weeks of training, the subjects' cardiac function showed a significant difference in heart rate and stroke output(P<0.01)and a significant difference in cardiac index and left ventricular effective pump capacity(P<0.05)among the sensitive indexes of myocardial contractility and cardiac output(P>0.01),but there was no significant difference in cardiac index and left ventricular effective pump capacity(P>0.05).In the condition of myocardialoxygen supply and work, there were significant differences in myocardial oxygen consumption index and myocardial oxygen consumption(P < 0.01),myocardial blood supply rate had significant differences(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the performance of left ventricular work index(P > 0.05);in the condition of blood vessels, there were significant differences in blood compliance(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in the total and standard weekly obstruction(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in the systolic, diastolic and pulse pressure differences(P > 0.05);there were significant differences in microcirculation semi-renewal rate, microcirculation semi-renewal time and microcirculation average retention time in the blood state and microcirculation(P < 0.05),while there were significant differences in the whole blood viscosity and reduced blood viscosity tables(P < 0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of training, there was a significant difference in vital capacity and pulmonary wedge pressure(P < 0.01).Research conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of training, this training program can effectively improve the muscle strength of the subjects' limbs, improve walking speed, and has practical significance in preventing muscle attenuation. But the improvement effect of back strength index is not obvious.(2)After 8 weeks of training, the training program can effectively improve the subjects' myocardial contractility, myocardial oxygen supply, vascular elasticity and microcirculation function, improve the "working efficiency" of the heart,to a certain extent, improve the level of cardiovascular function, but the improvement of blood pressure, arterial pressure difference, blood status and other indicators is not obvious.(3)The training program can effectively improve the pulmonary circulation function of elderly women, enhance the strength of respiratory muscles and improve the pulmonary ventilation capacity.
