The Teacher Training Research Of Yinchuan Energy Institute

In recent year,by development of Science and technology and changes of industrial structure,this society has new requirement for people's knowledge and skills needed.So the high-tech talents who have both theory and practice capacity became hot cake in this society.This situation made a big developing opportunity for higher vocational education.The government also made some policy for non-government funded education,it made more nongovernment college was established.Only in Yin chuan city,there is more than one college was founded.More college need more teachers,so many people became teachers.But because these people have different education background,the teachers' quality in these college are not as good as others.So how to improve the teachers' quality in non-government college became a serious problem.In my opinion,setting up teacher training is a good way to improve teacher's quality,it also can promote teachers to become profession in nongovernment college.This article investigate and analysis the problem of teacher training that exist in Yinchuan energy institute.It gives some policies and training methods by training concept,training contents,training methods,training pattern,and training effect and training policy.After improving this systerm,we compare the changes that appeared in before and after reform.The result tells us this method that we proposed have an good affect on teacher training in Yinchuan energy institute.It is a good example in teacher training and it worthe being adopted.
