The Logic Of The Disaster That Old Shop Suffered

This study is based on the “collective behavior” theory in sociology,taking the incident of the Red Cross as an example and the new media of network as the research perspective,using the method of “process-event analysis” to perfectly restore the development of the incident.The incident of the Red Cross assemble all the participants,All the participants speak in new media.Although,during the interaction,all participants cannot make effective interaction by the reason of the different position among them,they don't trust each other,it forms the “Structural Dishonesty”.It causes the internet group incident against the Red Cross,and it leads to the disaster of the century-old shop.
