The flexibility in improving the quality of athletes,sports injury prevention and promotion plays an important role in the rehabilitation process.Lower extremity injury is the main part of the human body movement,and supporting parts of the body,the lower extremity flexibility is particularly important.More women than men love to participate in exercise,sports confrontation is high,but because the physiological structure of male relative difference flexibility than women,so men exercise flexibility is more important.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive research on lower extremity flexibility,previous studies show that the foam roller in improving the lower limbs flexibility has certain effect,but in the end what kind of Sports The way is more conducive to the improvement and development of the flexibility of the present research are rare.So this research choose lower limbs flexibility of different training methods,to observe the effects of different training methods to improve the flexibility of the adult male college students,the expected results for the sports training,to provide a theoretical reference for rehabilitation and fitness.Objective: through the foam rolling shaft,it is leg kicks and three kinds of training methods of non sports professional male college students flexibility influence,for sports training,to provide some theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of sports injury and rehabilitation.Methods: select 40 male college students meet the experimental requirements,were randomly divided into control group,foam roller group,lunges group and kick group,training 3 times a week,for 8 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after the recovery period,in the formal experiment of second weeks,fourth weeks,sixth weeks,eighth weeks,tenth and twelfth weeks respectively to measure body antexion,activity of knee joint and hip joint activity and split level.Results: compared with the control group,the left hip joint bubble axis group and kick group increased significantly in eighth weeks(P<0.05 weeks),the other did not change significantly(P>0.05);lunges group left hip joint activity did not changesignificantly(P>0.05);right hip foam roller group the degree in fourth to twelfth weeks increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),significant changes in other weekend(P>0.05);group kick right hip joint activity in eighth weeks increased significantly(P<0.05),the other week did not change significantly(P>0.05);group of lunges Right hip joint activity did not change significantly(P>0.05);and the foam roller group,lunges group,kick group around knee joint activity in first to 12 weeks did not change significantly(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the group about the foam roller level at eighth weeks were split into twelfth the week was significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the other week did not change significantly(P>0.05);left splits level lunges in the eighth week group highly decreased significantly(P<0.05),the other week did not change significantly(P>0.05),the right level splits height were not significant changes(P> 0.05);kick around in the sixth level group splits to tenth weeks was significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the other week did not change significantly(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the foam roller group,positive group and positive group kick yatui zuoweiti proneness in eighth weeks,tenth weeks and twelfth weeks significantly increased(P<0.05),the other week showed no significant change(P>0.05).Conclusion: the foam rolling axis training and kick has certain effect on male college students in the activity of the hip,the foam rolling training effect is more obvious.Lunges for male college students did not improve the activity of the hip;the foam roller rolling training,lunges and kick with none of the male students with knee joint activity the foam was improved;rolling training,lunges and kick on male student level splits have improved;foam rolling axis training and kick has good effect in the training period,but it is not a long time to maintain the kicking leg improvement effect,the foam roller can longer maintain the improvement effect The foam;rolling training,lunges and positive kick has a certain improvement on male college students' body antexion,the most obvious is the kick training effect.
