| This study studied the influence of PNF stretching exercise on the flexibility and muscle strength of the lower limbs of volleyball students in Jilin University,and then discussed the application and development of PNF stretching exercise in volleyball teaching and training.The subjects of the study were 36 college volleyball major boys,and they were randomly assigned to the PNF group,the DS + SS group and the control group.The PNF group and the traditional stretching group used PNF traction training and traditional stretching exercises respectively,and measured the sitting posture before and after the experiment.Forward flexion,range of motion of lower limbs(ROM),1RM squat(kg),CMJ jump(cm),number of squats in 1 minute(t),etc.Research indicates:After 8 weeks in the PNF practice group,the sitting forward bending performance increased by about 24.3%,and the sitting forward bending performance increased by about 10.9% in the DS+SS group.It shows that both PNF and DS+SS can effectively improve the performance of sitting body forward bending,but PNF exercises are more effective.After 8 weeks of PNF exercises,the PNF group and the DS+SS group have significant effects on increasing the range of motion(ROM)of the hip joint,but the improvement effect of PNF exercises is significantly better than that of the DS+SS group;PNF exercises and stretching Exercises had no significant effect on the range of motion(ROM)of the knee joint;PNF exercises had a significant effect on ankle-toe flexion and ankle dorsiflexion,while the DS+SS group did not improve the ankle-toe flexion(ROM).After 8 weeks of PNF practice,the CMJ jump(cm)test PNF practice group increased by about 11.21%;the 1min half squat(t)score,the PNF practice group increased by about 7.88%,indicating that PNF practice has explosive power for lower limbs The improvement of strength and endurance has a significant effect. |
