To probe into the present situation of The Tennis Club,based on the life cycle theory as the breakthrough point,from the Tennis organization development model and organizational growth model as the theoretical framework to analyze the main factors and the development stage of The Tennis Club.In the process of empirical research,a questionnaire survey was conducted in Hangzhou City,12 The Tennis Club as the research object,and analyzed by Q cluster(Euclidean distance)method for stage division of the The Tennis Club,on the basis of this issue leading factor questionnaire and the method of multivariate regression analysis of the leading factors in various stages of development of The Tennis Club.The results show that:(1)The Tennis Club in Hangzhou in the initial stage there are 3,there are 6 stages of growth,there are mature stage of the 3;(2)In the initial stage of the characteristics of the lack of resources,lack of resources,the club does not have the appropriate investment side,a single form of club activities.In the growth phase of the characteristics of the club in the form of organized activities increased,there is a stable operation of the project,the coach of the work is heavy,the rules and regulations are not perfect.In the mature stage of The Tennis Club has a stable membership and trainees,and regularly carry out training courses and often host large events,rules and regulations,but there are loopholes in the company's decision-making.(3)The main dominant factor 3 at the initial stage of The Tennis Club is resource facilities factors;the main drivers of the growth stage of the The Tennis Club is resource facilities factors and policy factors;the main factors leading the mature stage of The Tennis Club is macro policy factors.
