Research On The Application Of "Quick And Easy"-Tennis In Club Teaching

Tennis is a stylish,elegant,entertaining and competitive sport that enjoys worldwide popularity and is known as the number one individual sport.With the development of economy and people’s continuous pursuit of a better life,the mass tennis in China has developed to a new height.However,the development of tennis in China has been plagued by such problems as slow hands,small number of courts and lagging teaching methods.Quick and easy teaching method changes the idea of tennis teaching,simplifies the teaching process,makes the basic technology of tennis learning simple,so that beginners can complete the match in a short time,so as to enjoy the fun of the sport,which can better meet the needs of tennis beginners.This study uses experimental research design,literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other methods to collect data,32 adult tennis beginners in Wuhan Evergreen Garden Tennis Club were taken as the experimental investigation objects,and the group teaching was conducted for 12 lessons.The experimental group used the quick and easy tennis teaching method,and the control group used the traditional tennis teaching method.This paper studies whether the teaching effect of quick and easy tennis teaching method is more conducive to the improvement of tennis learning interest and basic skills of tennis amateurs in commercial tennis clubs,and finally reached the conclusion:(1)The traditional tennis teaching method pays more attention to the standardization of students’ technical movements in the teaching process,and has strict requirements for mastering technical movements.A large number of repeated technical movements exercises will lead to adult tennis beginners losing their interest in tennis,which shows the shortcomings of the traditional tennis teaching.And " play and stay Tennis" focus on cultivating students’ ability to play against each other.(2)Through comparative analysis of questionnaire data,it is concluded that " play and stay-tennis" can effectively improve adult tennis students’ interest in tennis learning in the teaching process.(3)Through comparative analysis of the data,it is concluded that the teaching method of " play and stay " can effectively improve the sense of tennis for adult tennis students in the teaching process.(4)Through comparative analysis of the data,it is concluded that the teaching method of " play and stay tennis" can help adult tennis students improve their learning of basic tennis skills in the teaching process.
