The Coaching effectiveness of coaches,as an important component of their professional abilities,is a key factor in achieving the goal of "integration of physical education and teaching".The study focuses on the Coaching effectiveness of coaches in amateur table tennis clubs in Kunming,using literature review,expert consultation,questionnaire survey,on-site investigation,and interview methods to conduct research from three aspects: the current situation,influencing factors,and development path of coaches’ Coaching effectiveness.Firstly,the current research status on the Coaching effectiveness and influencing factors of table tennis clubs and coaches in various countries was analyzed and sorted out through literature review.Secondly,based on the main content of Coaching effectiveness of coaches,a self-designed questionnaire was used and revised to establish a research group to investigate the Coaching effectiveness of coaches in amateur table tennis clubs in Kunming.SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the data,in order to present the current situation of Coaching effectiveness of coaches in amateur table tennis clubs in Kunming.Thirdly,coaches were interviewed before and after the analysis of the survey results,and focused interviews were conducted with some teachers,students,parents,and management personnel to interpret the influencing factors of the teaching ability of Kunming Table Tennis Amateur Club from three aspects:differences in teaching ability levels among different groups of coaches,individual coaches,and external environment.Finally,design the development path of Coaching effectiveness for Kunming Table Tennis Amateur Club coaches from three aspects: self-improvement of coaches,club action,and external support.The following conclusions were obtained from the study:(1)The dual reduction policy promotes sports education and training.In recent years,the number of amateur table tennis clubs in Kunming has rapidly increased,and the demand for table tennis coaches has correspondingly increased.(2)The gender structure of coaches in Kunming Table Tennis Amateur Club is in an imbalanced state,with an uneven distribution of people of different age groups.The majority of coaches are those with a high school diploma,those without a sports grade certificate,and those with less than 15 years of teaching experience.(3)Organize a research team to evaluate the coaching ability of the participants,and the corresponding scores for each evaluation dimension from poor to excellent are 1-5.After research,it was found that the overall average coaching ability of this group is 3.5,and the overall level of coaching ability of coaches in Kunming Table Tennis Amateur Club is average.Coaches have stronger abilities in skills,teaching guidance,management,and training than in on-site command,cooperation,and innovation.(4)There are significant differences in coaching abilities among coaches of Kunming Table Tennis Amateur Club in different genders,ages,educational backgrounds,sports levels,and coaching years.The most important factors that affect the level of coaching ability of coaches are the level of exercise and the length of coaching experience.(5)The coaching ability of coaches in Kunming Table Tennis Amateur Club is influenced by individual coaches and external factors.From the perspective of individual internal factors of coaches,it mainly includes three aspects: the coach’s technical level,coaching experience,and professional literacy.From the perspective of external environmental factors,it includes three aspects: social factors,training experience,and the actions of important stakeholders.(6)The improvement of coaching ability of coaches in Kunming Table Tennis Amateur Club should focus on self-improvement of coaches,club actions,and external support.Suggestion: Firstly,strengthen the training of coaches in Kunming,set up more classes and locations,and enhance communication and learning opportunities with high-level coaches.Secondly,we need to improve and improve the work training system for existing coaches,appropriately expand the opportunities for continuing education and further education for coaches in Kunming,and comprehensively improve the overall literacy of coaches in Kunming Table Tennis Amateur Club.Thirdly,standardize the market,establish evaluation standards and information systems for coaches in Kunming,and standardize the management of coach teams. |
