On The Use Of Community Social Work For Social Support Of Young White-collar Workers At The Business Building Community

Business buildings communities is "erected" community.It is also the product of industrialization of urbanization of modernization.The thesis is mainly by the J business building community as an example,to research the use of community social work for social support of young workers at the Business buildings communities.It is of practical significance to the innovation of social governance and service system that to explore how the social work support for the young white-collar workers.It is also conducive to promoting the professional development of social work.And that is of theoretical significance to the application of rich social support theory.Based on the theory of social support,the thesis adopts the method of action research to participate in the practical work of the Business buildings communities.The main data collection ways are unstructured interview survey and Participatory observation.Rely on the service project for social support of youth white-collar workers at the Business buildings communities,the thesis explore the community work involved in the practice of young white-collar social support for the "incremental embedded" approach to service and the organizational strategy of multi-cooperation.What is more,there are three main action strategies: one is demand-based service,emotional support and friendship support are the basic contents of social support,adopt support is the key content of social support,and information support is the effective supplement of social support;the second is to find the joint point with Business buildings communities' work;third is to continuously enhance the social workers professional.Combined with the work of Business buildings communities,the thesis takes the service object,the practical idea,the work pattern,the service content and the working method as the research target,come to the Business buildings communities' work is the localization of corporate social work.The background of the Business buildings communities' work is the innovation of social governance and service system in China,and the combination of professional social work methods and administrative social work methods.It is a new form of corporate social work in our country.
