Research On The Cooperative Assistance Mechanism For The Family Facing The Loss Of Independence

The issue of "losing-single-child family" has become one of the focuses of the society.It has been paid much attention by the party and the government as well as the whole society.As the number of losing-single-child families is expanding,the gap between them and other groups is increasing,and the social psychological turbulence is strong,and the social centrifugal tendency is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,only the government,society and people that three organizations together to contribute the social care system for vulnerable groups with construct material life care,spiritual care and humanistic care.N city as example,improving the losing-single-child family's living actuality may need the government support,in the same time,the social organizations also need to change the concept of poverty alleviation,combined with charity,integrate various resources,establish funding mechanism widely and strictly prevent leakage and loss of funds,making the project selection and approval system strictly,improve the internal and external supervision channels,all the works would helpful for lays the foundation for collaborative care.This master's thesis adopts questionnaire literature and empirical research,mainly from the practical point of view,collaborative problem helping the families for the losing-single-child of N city as an example,investigating the basic situation of the family,helping the collaborative situation,analyzes the problems in the process of collaborative aid,the problems existing in the cooperation the main subject of helping the family alone lost N communication: lack of helping subject;the task of helping the division is not detailed;helping the supervision and incentive mechanism is not perfect;cooperative assistance system has not yet formed a force.And then analyze the factors restricting the N oriented collaborative helping the family lost independence,the external factors mainly include policy factors,participation factor,interest factor;internal factors are the main factors,the government's own community social organizations of their own factors,self factors.Finally,according to the result of the investigation and analysis,the author puts forward some policy opinions on the problem of helping the family who lost their independence.N city lost single family cooperative assistance countermeasures and suggestions: establish and improve the independent family social assistance system,strengthen government related responsibilities,increase investment,establish "family and community" help network.
