Study On The Spiritual Security Of Losing The Single Child Urban Family From The Perspective Of Social Justice

Owing to the implementation of the family planning policy in China and the increase of social risk caused by the rapid development of the whole society.The number of the losing the single child urban family in China has increased year by year in recent years,and has formed a special group that can not be ignored.The problem of the losing the single child urban family in our country is not only a common family problem,but also an unavoidable and difficult problem in the society.In particular,the spiritual security of the losing the single child urban family has increasingly attracted the attention of the government and the people from all walks of life,and it has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper holds that the losing the single child urban family is a victim of the family planning policy that has been actively advocated and implemented.From the perspective of social justice,the spiritual security for the losing the single child urban family deserves extensive attention and sincere help from the government and the society.To solve the spiritual security problem of the losing the single child urban family,it can not only test the ability of the government and the society to solve the problem,but also measure the level of civilization and progress of a country and society.Although the state has adopted relevant policies and measures to improve the living conditions of the family lost independence,but the help for the losing the single child urban family is mostly financial assistance;lack of spiritual care.Although some groups have been organized to care for the losing the single child urban family,they have played a certain role in alleviating the mental suffering of the losing the single child urban family.However,most of these social groups are organized spontaneously and lack stability and continuity.This paper first from the perspective of social justice spirit questions the spiritual security of the losing the single child urban family,then this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of spiritual security from two perspectives: the state’s special policies for the losing the single child urban family and the care from society.Then from the social justice perspective on the spiritual security problems in the losing the single child urban family`s reflection to the difference principle of social justice as the theoretical foundation,put forward to solve our country city family alone lost spiritual security problems by compensation principle,specifically through the establishment of psychological assistance mechanism led by the government to provide adequate social;improve laws and regulations support countermeasures;and providing adequate social service resources such as to put into practice.
