With the development of globalization and information technology,the teachers' absolute authoritative position have a much weaker status and more and more parents are beginning to be conscious of parental responsibility.In this kind of situation,more and more people realized that because of the differences in cultural,value concept and mutual expectation of the two systems of family and school in the education activities,which makes the student's education problems arising from the mutual exclusion,hostile behavior or mental state.It is precisely because the family-school conflict may be just a hostile state of mind,with the characteristics of covertness,complexity and difficult to be perceived.therefore,the parents and teachers need to be keenly aware of the existence of family-school conflict.Parents and teachers should build a harmonious relationship for the interests of the child and minimize the negative impact of the conflict between the child's education,to play a positive role to maximize the best educational results.This thesis intends to draw lessons from the relevant theories and experiences at home and abroad,take the family education,school education and conflict theory as the theoretical basis to makes an empirical study and theoretical analysis on the current school conflict in primary schools in China.This research approach is mainly using the method of literature,questionnaire survey and the interview investigation to the current our country elementary school conflict for empirical research and theoretical analysis to study the intermediary of the complexity of the conflict,elementary school performance and elementary school has the characteristics of the dual role conflict function,and from the three aspects of society,family and school to analyses the parent-school conflict Family-school conflicts embodied several aspects,such as education objective,education content,education methods and education evaluation.On the basis of this,the author puts forward the methods and tactics of alleviating the conflict between primary school family and school.The author calls on the educational administrative departments to carry out the correct sense of responsibility from the relevant laws and regulations and the system,strengthen the learning and improve their own child care level,pay attention to communication skills and the art of speaking,the school sets the concept of serving the students,strengthens the initiative with the parents and the guidance of the family.
