Female teachers in Colleges and universities are regarded as an important part of the labor population in China,who in the social life should play the social individual role,while in occupation play the role of teachers,and the two roles of their requirements are different.As female teachers in Colleges and universities,for one hand,the individual role of families is to bear the responsibility of a good mother,wife and daughter etc.and handle the relationship between themselves and the family members;on the other hand,the role of teachers' occupation requires them to complete the bearing course with strong theoretical and practical professional teaching tasks,and complete the tasks of scientific research they apply personally or assigned by universities.On the whole,compared with male teachers in Colleges and universities or other posts for male workers,tasks for female teachers in Colleges and universities need to complete have never been reduced,and the processing of family affairs are relatively more complicated.Over time,how to better handle the relationship between work and family affairs and avoid contradictions between them is also an important issue for college female teachers.Based on this,it is of great practical significance to explore the causes,influencing factors,existing problems and countermeasures of work family conflict for university female teachers from the perspective of management.Based on the two-way work family conflict model proposed by Frone(1992),this paper explores the current situation and problems of work family conflict in QZ College,and puts forward some specific suggestions.The specific research,first of all,carried out a clear state of humanistic management theory and work family conflict evaluation model;secondly,it investigated work family conflict situation for female teachers in QZ college from four aspects like the individual cognition,organizational support,family and work reflect;again,on the basis of “two-way theoretical model”of work family conflict,combining with the current situation of female teachers' work family conflict in QZ College,“female teachers' Work-Family Conflict Research model” was constructed which includes 4 first level variables,and 8 second level variables.Then,based on the completed model,the writer selected 120 female teachers of QZ College for empirical study of work family conflict.By means of quantitative analysis,the writer tried to accurately determine the cause of female teachers' work family conflict.In the end,on the basis of empirical analysis,theproblems of working family conflict for female teachers in QZ College are summarized,and the optimization suggestions are put forward.Through the study the writer found that the overall situation and problems of work-family conflict for female teachers in QZ College are in accordance with the two-way model of work-family conflict theory,but among the factors influencing work family conflict,individual cognition,organizational mitigation mechanism construction,communication between family members and scattering career burden are more prominent.Hopefully female teachers in QZ college can base on the problem and make active improvement to deal with work and family conflict scientifically and effectively and to enhance their job performance in the building of a harmonious family and QZ college could establish an effective female teachers' work family-conflict mitigation mechanism,enhance the level of employee management from the perspective of Humanistic Management.
