The problem of teacher burnout has become an important topic in the education sector.Teachers in the state of job burnout can handle the conflict between work and family has become a matter of concern.Therefore,This study through to the questionnaire survey to the deaf school teachers and ordinary primary and secondary school teachers,to investigate deaf school teachers and the ordinary primary and secondary school teachers' present situation of job burnout and the work family conflict and differences,and explore the relationship between them.Since then,based on these results,this study will give some relevant educational recommendations for the deaf school teachers.This study will conduct a questionnaire survey of Tianjin Deaf School,Tianjin Primary School,Junior Middle School and a high school teacher,and the survey tools are Xin-Chun Wu's The Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Job Burnout Scale and Ming-Xia Wu's Work Family Conflict Questionnaire of the Primary and Secondary Schools.According to the results,deaf school teachers' job burnout and work family conflict to the low level of compared with the ordinary primary and secondary school teachers,and there is no significant difference in the level of those work family conflict.And there were positive correlation between deaf school teachers and ordinary primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout and work family conflict.Teachers' job burnout can predict work family conflict to a certain extent.The results show that deaf school teachers have a certain degree of job burnout and work family conflict,it is recommended that deaf school teachers from the three ways---work,family and the balance between work and family to improve their sense of burnout and conflict.
