Reflective teaching,of which teaching subject bases on exploring and solving teaching problems and aims at improving effectiveness of teaching practice,is a new teaching pattern.The proper application of the reflective teaching is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the independent learning ability of students.As the American psychologist,Posner said: the growth of the teacher= experience + reflection.Since the eighties of last century,great attention has been paid to the reflective teaching in the educational circles,but it did not achieve the desired results,when the reflective teaching has been applied in a specific teaching process.Therefore,to achieve the combination of theory and practice and build an efficient politics lessons in high school,this paper,from the perspective of reflective teaching,will reveal the problems and their causes in the reflective teaching of high school politics teachers,and it will explore the strategies to improve the effectiveness of reflective teaching of high school politics teachers.The basic framework of the thesis mainly includes the following four parts: The first part,it will briefly introduce the reason and significance of the topic selection,comb the relevant r esearch results and the shortcomings of the subject through the relevant literature at home and abroad,,and then lead to the research topic.The second part,On the basis of defining the con notation,related concepts and characteristics of the reflective teaching of high school politics,this paper will put forward the value of reflective teaching of high school politics towards seni or high school political teachers,students and schools.The third part,,it will reflect the main problems of reflective teaching of high school politics,and take a deep analysis towards these problems and find what factors cause them from the aspect of teachers' teaching theory knowl edge,teaching process,teaching evaluation and through attending lectures and questionnaire s urvey.The fourth part is the focus and difficulty of this study.In view of the problems existin g in the third part,it will based on the teaching practice,and try to improve the countermeasur es of reflective teaching of high school politics teachers more in order to enhance its effective ness.
