Using quantitative method and case study method,this study adopt "social support rating scale","academic self-efficacy scale" and "Chinese middle school students' mental health scale" three scale of anxiang county of hunan province rural middle school students study.To understand the rural junior middle school students social support,academic self-efficacy and the relationship between mental health,discusses the effective measures to improve the countryside junior middle school students mental health,hope to be able to help to rural middle school education career.Specific results are as follows:1,based on the results of questionnaire survey to analysis,most or psychological condition of the rural junior middle school students in health value,within this group of students accounts for roughly 54.40% of the total,39.10% of students with mild mental problems,6.50% of the students in moderate mental health problems.The mental health problems of junior high school students are in the top four: coercion,learning pressure,anxiety and emotional imbalance.2.There was no significant difference in mental health score among students of different genders,and the higher the students' mental health,the higher the overall score.3.The rural junior high school students have satisfied social support.4.Junior high school students have a better sense of academic self-efficacy.5.The countryside junior middle school students social support and academic self-efficacy has significant positive correlation,social support and mental health were significantly negative correlation,academic self-efficacy and mental health were significantly negative correlation.6.The countryside junior middle school students academic self-efficacy in partial intermediary effect between social support and mental health,social support can affect mental health directly,and can indirectly by intervening variable academic self-efficacy impact on mental health.
