The performance management plays a significant role in school human resource management. Carrying out the performance management scientifically in a school plays a very important part in improving the teaching quality, evaluating teachers correctly and improving the teachers'performance and equally important in determining the wages and bonus.This article first introduces the background information and meanings of the topic. After looking back into the current domestic and overseas situation of the topic, it deals with the related theories in performance management. On the basis of analyses of the performance management's theory and reality in F middle school and evaluating the real situation in it, the article introduces SWOT Analysis, points out the problems during the course of the performance management and then discusses ,designs and analyzes the system of performance management and performance salary.
