| As the number of left-behind families in rural areas has exploded,more and more left-behind elders have assumed the responsibility for generational education.The intergenerational education has become one of the main ways of rural families.The problems arising from the separation of the generations from a family problem have become a social problem of general public concern.O n the one hand,the elderly need to take up all the services in the home.O n the other hand,it is also the responsibility to bring up the grandchildren,leaving the old man exhausted.In particular,many rural elders have low cultural level and lack of educational experience.However,the information resources of the rural areas are very few,which leads to the lack of education.In the face of the grandchildren’s upbringing,the old people are always anxious,but there is nothing they can do about it.Chronic stress has brought varying levels of anxiety to left-behind elders.Based on this,the author investigated the current situation of the isolation of left-behind elders in LH county,combed the present situation and causes of the anxiety of elders,explored the dangers that anxiety could bring to the elderly,children,families and society.And the author took team approach to research problems and used group work theory and technique,through five group activities to assist the owner to confront and face up to the problems raised by the intergenerational education and the resulting anxiety,master the methods of retraining and alleviating anxiety,set up a new concept of breeding,improve my training ability,to ease their anxiety. |
