With the continuous development of China's urbanization,a large number of surplus labor force in the countryside began to gather in the town.In the process of the population flow between urban and rural,due to the urban and rural dual economic structure,the household registration system,the limitation of migrant workers their own economic conditions and other factors,led to their "space urbanization" and "identity of urbanization" in the conflict,so they made not to carry their children to go to school in the process of flow family decision,and decided to take the labor ability is relatively weak,the wife of staying at home,to take care of the family and the responsibility of agricultural production,this decision also interferes with rural left-behind children and left-behind women's problems.In this special left-behind family,the mother's family education ability has an important influence for children's growth and development,because of his father's work,lead to the child's family education of left-behind women,under the condition of the family structure temporarily incomplete,left-behind women's academic counseling ability,ability to communicate in person,psychological counseling and education of left-behind children's normal development plays an irreplaceable role,in this special families,left-behind women in word and deed are development of body and mind in the special period of left-behind children education and guide effect,so the left-behind women's various aspects ability of the education of left-behind children education quality has important influence,especially in this special left-behind family,is to play a leading role,so to speak.Taking a village in linqu county of shandong province as an example,this paper selects some left-behind women in this village as the research object.First of all,this paper makes a preliminary understanding of the left-behind women in the village through interview,questionnaire and field observation,and analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of education ability of left-behind women in the village.Then the gates activities of left-behind women's groups,and the use of group social work of professional knowledge and skills,in combination with the actual situation of the village left-behind women,total target and team target setting different activities,and accordingto different target on left-behind women group activities.Through group activities,they learn about the strengths and weaknesses of their family's education capabilities,thus finding a solution to the problem.After each group activity,there will be process assessment and result assessment,and corresponding reflection and summary to help the client to solve the problem better.Group activities of the implementation of the process of this paper is divided into early,middle and late stages,through their reflections after the implementation of group activities and activities,using the method of group social work to help the left-behind women to improve their ability of family education,to improve the quality of education of left-behind children,research shows that the team activities to improve the ability of family education have played a positive role,is worthy of promotion and continue to explore.Finally,based on the actual situation of left-behind women in the village and the research results of group social work,this paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions from four aspects: individual,family,school and society.
