Urban Young Elderly Volunteers To Foster Social Work Intervention Study

In this paper,the author's internship community--coal market road community,donghua street,shijiazhuang city,is a newly transformed community.The configuration of all aspects is not perfect enough,So there are a lot of existing problems that have been found in the community demand survey,For example,the lack of community cohesion,idle elderly everywhere.These problems cannot be solved in a short period of time by relying on only a few social workers,Therefore,based on the concept of social work helping others and helping themselves,we decided to develop community residents as volunteers and social workers to contribute to the construction of the community.As an old community,the elderly over 55 account for 60% of the total number of residents,and more than half of them are in the age range of 55 to 65.Most of them have just retired or recently retired,and more than 90 percent of the elderly are still able to work.Through community to early analysis of the questionnaire survey data,the author found that the old man is generally about its social role transformation of discomfort,hoping to participate in some activities so as to realize their own value.At the same time,the part of the young to the old hope on the basis of their material prosperity through voluntary service to achieve the result that give back to society,to help the disadvantaged,and this with the concept of professional social work and social work of community planning.In this paper,in order to cultivate young elderly volunteer service as the center,in order to summarize a set of renewable operational research content,which can be promoted eventually established by cultivating young elderly volunteer service team spirit and skills,enrich old people in later life.The first chapter of this paper mainly introduces the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,as well as relevant methods and contents.The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical concept of volunteer cultivation.In the third and fourth chapters,the preliminary preparation and intervention process of the volunteer cultivation group for the young aged are described.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and reflection of this group process.By studying the cultivating young elderly volunteers not only helps to the elderly individual resource utility maximization and reasonable allocation of social resources,can also reduce the elderly loneliness,relative to maintain a healthy body and mind for a long time,delay the ageing of the body and mind,and to realize "healthy aging".
