Casework Intervention In Mental Diversion Of The Widowed Elderly

China is gradually moving towards the structure of the development of old-aged society.The number of widowed old people is also increasing year by year.Although the relevant agencies in our country have formulated relatively perfect policies and security systems for the current situation of the elderly,aiming at improving the quality of life of the elderly,this is still the same.It is impossible to make up for the needs of widowed old people in life.At present,there are no good measures in China to fundamentally solve the problems of widowed old people.When one of the spouses is suddenly at fault,it will cause indelible harm to the partner who is still alive.In a short period of time,returning to a normal state of life,if this duration is too long,it will not only have a negative impact on the physical health of the bereaved,but will also afflict the psychology of the bereavement,causing it to suffer from psychological shadow,personality.Gradually becoming awkward,dissociated from normal social interactions,and bewildered about their own future.Under such circumstances,physically and mentally suppressed bereaved people desperately need the involvement of social workers.The author selects a widowed old man from a geriatric rehabilitation facility in Shuangyang District,Changchun City as the subject of this survey,and comprehensively uses the theoretical knowledge and method guidance in social work to carry out relevant investigations and studies on the adaptation and psychological counseling of widowed old people.The author will analyze the current status of the lives of the widowed old people in the investigated rehabilitation institutes one by one,explain the adaptability problems that the widowed old people may encounter,and explore the changes that the social work involves in the life of the widowed old people will bring to their lives,and apply professional methods from.Finally,through empirical analysis of individual cases,summarizing the research experience and conducting a more detailed discussion of the research results,this will not only help the community to understand the practical problems facing widowed old people,but also solve the widowhood for future professionals.The issue of the elderly provides more solid grassroots information.Case work plays an important role in the physical and mental adjustment of widowed old people.The hope of future life will return to normal social life.
