A Study On Case Work Intervention In Psychological Adjustment Of The Middle-aged Widowed Women In City

In recent years,the scale of urban middle-aged widowed women is expanding.Widowed women have great psychological trauma due to the death of their spouses,and they are easy to fall into psychological difficulties and even have suicidal thoughts.These social phenomena show that widowhood in middle age needs to be the focus of social workers.At present,there are a large number of urban residents in China,and widowed women belong to the vulnerable group.It is very important to let middle-aged women adjust their psychological state and help them recover their normal psychological function.It is necessary for social work to intervene in the psychological adjustment of urban middle-aged widowed women.Through the research,we hope to help urban middle-aged widowed women adjust themselves more quickly,improve the confidence of urban middle-aged widowed women in life,and let urban middle-aged widowed women get more help from the society.This paper focuses on the middle-aged widowed women in the city,using the method of case work to intervene the case owner for six times,referring to the crisis intervention mode and psychosocial treatment mode,using the social support theory,advantage perspective theory and empowerment theory to conduct case work counseling for the middle-aged widowed women in the city,mobilizing and using the widowed women’s family and social resources,and analyzing the status of widowed women in the city In the process of revealing the problems,psychological adjustment.This paper shows that the psychological adjustment of service objects can improve their psychological problems.By helping service objects to increase their ability,it can provide targeted psychological,spiritual and emotional support for service objects,reduce the psychological impact caused by widowed events,and put forward research ideas for the psychological adjustment of urban middle-aged widowed women,which can also provide reference for social work In the process of intervening in urban middle-aged widowed women,the author provides some effective suggestions.
