Qianan' Educational Resource Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

The real root of the gap between China's economy and social development lies in the division of urban and rural structure.The cause of imbalance in educational resources' distribution is the unreasonable development,as well as the deficiency of the rural educational investment,leading to the emergence of low educational development.Rational allocation of educational resources between urban and rural areas is not only beneficial to narrow the educational gap between urban and rural areas,but also to promote the comprehensive development of urban and rural GDP.First of all,teachers' counterpart supporting and reasonable allocation are helpful to enhance the level of urban and rural education and the educational quality.Second,increasing investment in the economy of rural areas is conducive to promoting the balanced allocation of urban and rural educational right.Again,we must optimize teaching facilities to arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers and students and improve the teachers' and students' comprehensive quality.Finally,building the network platform of sharing is beneficial.From what has been illustrated above,the rational allocation of educational resources between urban and rural areas can promote the overall improving of urban and rural education and improve the resource' utilization.The paper have collected full data of investigation and evidence in the early times for the problem of educational resource of Qian 'an.Through reading and analyzing various network periodicals and literature,this paper has formed a set of systematic theory system of urban and rural educational resources.First,this paper studied the current situation and problems of the development of educational resource of Qian 'an.Second,we analyzed reasons of the problems.Then this paper came up many useful suggestions for the development of educational resource of future Qian 'an city,basing on the summarizing of experience of Qin-Huangdao city and Tang-Shan Zun-Hua city.This paper suggest that we should be guided by the Three Balanced Index to increase the educational money,to coordinate the resource of teachers and software and hardware.
