As the core of contemporary education,basic education is the foundation project of China's policy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.[[] state council.Decision of The State Council on the reform and development of basic education [Z].Education supervision and league office.Physical education,as the core task of basic education,has many factors that determine its development.By the end of 2018,China had more than 320,000 primary and secondary schools offering compulsory education,including more than 200,000 in rural areas.Therefore,the implementation of physical education in rural schools is particularly important.At the same time,the utilization and development of sports equipment used in physical education is the key to improve the quality of basic physical education.Sports equipment development and utilization of the accords with the main leadership of the present sports teaching reform policy,through to the rural school sports equipment resources development and utilization of the relevant investigation and study,help to understand the rural school physical education reform to carry out the situation,but also contributes to an understanding of China's current rural sports and the status quo and problems of education equipment and facilities.Puyang city is located in the northeast of Henan province of our country.By carrying out relevant research,this paper investigates the basic situation of sports equipment resources in puyang rural primary school,and analyzes the basic situation of sports equipment resources development in puyang rural primary school under the current physical education reform system.Combined with the current situation and problems,relevant Suggestions and countermeasures are given.It is hoped that this move can provide theoretical reference for puyang's future rural physical education reform and contribute to the cause of physical education in puyang's local primary and secondary schools.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)according to the investigation,sports equipment resources of rural primary schools in puyang city are far from the national standard in terms of the number and types of equipment,which can only meet the basic daily sports teaching activities.Some of the equipment has quality problems,especially the ball equipment,the damage phenomenon is obvious.Due to the limited funds of related physical education,the equipment failed to timely supplement after the damage,which affected the development of regular physical education teaching activities.(2)through the survey found that rural primary school of puyang city on the sports ground success rate,and national level there is a certain gap,especially the basketball court and volleyball venue,and all kinds of sports ground texture is not ideal,more for asphalt,concrete or waste residue,could not have very good security,the safety of the students at the same time humble venue condition tend to accelerate the damage of equipment.(3)according to the investigation,puyang rural primary school has many problems in the use of school sports equipment facilities,mainly reflected in the low utilization rate of equipment,sports equipment facilities are not open to the outside world.Serious waste of sports resources.(4)according to the investigation,puyang rural primary school is not standardized in the management mode of sports venue equipment,mainly reflected in the lack of attention from school leaders;Management rules and regulations are not in place;The management personnel's sense of responsibility is not strong,consciousness degree is not enough;The school provides equipment management storage space shortage.This leads to the loss of equipment,maintenance and maintenance is not timely,accelerate the loss of equipment and other problems.(5)according to the investigation,in the development of sports equipment facilities,puyang rural primary school builds an interesting sports equipment development model centering on students' physical and mental health development and combining with the local actual situation.The development mode of sports equipment follows the safety principle of students and the practical principle of equipment.The development way mainly has,the existing sports equipment one thing multi-purpose;Self-made simple sports equipment;School site and equipment integration,the development of multi-functional applications.
