At present, Hebei Province, Qian’an City, the majority of the studentsphysical education still stays in comparison to the traditional teachingmode, content is relatively narrow, the project is more onefold, studentslack of physical pleasure, physical classroom lacks active atmosphere,part of the students to the teaching content to generate additional sportsexamination mental tired, and "health first" education tenet.Whileexpanding training can run, jump, PE investment, such as content andsocial, natural, environment together, forming a new mode of education,the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality, the introduction ofjunior middle school sports teaching, is the school sports the developmenttrend of course reform, it is to the sports classroom the beneficialcomplement of content.So this article take the Hebei province Qian’an city junior middleschool sports classroom teaching to expand the training as the researchobject, through the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematicalstatistics, case analysis, observation method, to Qian’an city juniorhigh school physical education classroom teaching situation and to expandthe training status of the investigation, from school teachers, site,teachers and students of PE classroom teaching evaluation, teachers andstudents to develop the training, teachers and students to learn to expandthe training attitude, start time, and expand the training of their owncharacteristics and combined with personal practice and other aspectswere summarized, work out the training for student evaluation form,affirmed the Qian’an city junior high school physical education classroomin the teaching of the feasibility of outward bound, put forward to carryout the process in the problem of existence and proposal, the conclusionsare as follows:(1) According to the summary, from the Qian’an city junior middle schoolsports classroom teaching situation, teaching, field and equipment,expand the training of its own favorable conditions, the teachers andstudents to begin extend training will undertake an analysis, reachQian’an city junior high school physical education classroom teachingtraining is feasible.(2) The school to expand the training pattern presents diversification, Qian’an city junior high school teachers and students to develop thetraining also has certain knowledge, but no schools and training coursesand organizational development and training activities.(3) To expand the training programs, on the content of physical educationcan do useful supplement.(4) Qian’an city junior high school teachers and students support thesports teaching in the classroom to expand the training.
