Research On Early Warning Mechanism Of Sudden Events In Colleges And Universities

In this paper,on the basis of College emergencies early warning mechanism research and review,the social risk society theory,combustion theory,crisis management theory as the theoretical support,can avoid the feasibility and risk analysis research;comprehensive analysis of emergencies in Colleges and universities,and establish the analysis framework of the establishment of early warning mechanism for emergencies in Colleges and universities;finally the use of a complete set of index system of early warning management of College emergencies early warning mechanism,and according to different police intelligence to develop targeted solutions.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction of the research,including the research background,research status,research significance and research ideas and methods of the university early warning mechanism.The second part defines the core concepts discussed in this paper,defines the scope and connotation of the study,delimits the boundaries for subsequent studies,introduces the theoretical basis of this article and the inspiration of these theories to this topic,which is the theoretical support for this paper.The third part is to the focus of this paper,using survey methods to understand the Tianjin City University emergency situation,and the unexpected events in Colleges and universities from four aspects the reasons and characteristics of trends,types,to conduct a comprehensive analysis,to fully understand the research object is the basis of early warning mechanism.The fourth part of this paper is the second key part of the literature,the related example demonstrates the feasibility study on the early warning mechanism,from the emergency warning system in the analysis framework for the establishment of the feasibility,necessity and importance of the four aspects of the overall discussion,to lay the foundation to establish early warning mechanism.The fifth part is the focus of this research,the early warning mechanism is divided into four parts,and the main contents of the objectives of each system and specific methods of operation are defined and explained,including risk identification system,evaluation index system and risk mitigation system is based on the research objectives of the highly targeted system,early warning system it is the essential part of comprehensive early warning mechanism.
