And then researches theprocess of early warning in sporting events’ emergencies on the basis of building of earlywarning indicator system, which includes information monitoring, identification, earlywarning analysis, alarm relay. At last, researches the work of response when emergenciesin sporting events occur, the response process includes decision-making, crisis responseand recovery summarize and so on. And puts forward a number of policyrecommendations from two aspects of soft power and hard power. The recommendationsinclude improving policies and regulations, improving the quality of people, strengtheninternational studies and exchanges, using specific technical means, using fansorganization to manage people and strengthening the supervision of dangerous objects.
