Ideological and political theory class(hereinafter referred to as "education courses)is the dissemination of theory in colleges,the main channel of education courses to college students before increasing the main position,shoulders the training builders and successors of socialist construction cause with Chinese characteristics of the special mission For this,since 2005,the central and local relevant departments at all levels have issued policy documents,actively promote education courses,education teaching attaches great importance to the value of a college education courses leading role and teaching effectiveness,and introduced the corresponding evaluation standard,greatly promote the construction of the ideological and political theory course,enhances the teaching effect.However,in terms of the evaluation of the effectiveness of education courses,it is generally in a state of evaluation without system.there is little about effectiveness evaluation index system,evaluation methods mostly adopt similar evaluation methods and evaluation means,evaluation content is also quite similar.In the evaluation,student achievement level,light students' subjectivity in the teaching activities of the play and enhance the comprehensive quality of teaching of the education courses;ignore the influence of non ideological and political teachers and other personnel of students,ignoring the evaluation of employers in the employment process of ideological and political quality of students.The main content of this paper is divided into four aspects: first,the article mainly elaborates the status and importance of Ideological and political education evaluation system;secondly,analysis the present situation of University Ideological and political education effectiveness evaluation,including the causes of the current ideological and political course teaching evaluation concept and several existing problems and these problems.Better for the construction of the evaluation system for foundation;then,the design of the questionnaire and interview,we summarize and screening according to the the results of the investigation,the screening of up to 50%more options to the controllable factors as design evaluation system.The main ideas and innovations of this paper are as follows: first,the evaluation system of education courses is divided into two parts: teaching process evaluation and teaching effect evaluation.In practice,various aspects considering the factors affecting the effectiveness of education courses,design the questionnaire and select the main representative interviews,with a combined method of qualitative and quantitative to obtain more realistic data,based on the data selected identity with high index,provide reliable reference to further improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political course.
