In the rising medical level,many of the life of the elderly is increasing year by year,but some old man are in a posture healthy life,because of the function of aging,more and more elderly people need rely on medical means to sustain life,and family nursing care is needed.With the increase of severe elderly,the physical and mental health of the caregivers,the pressure of care and the state of emotion have gradually been paid attention.At present,the total number of elderly people in China is about230 million,of which twenty percent of the elderly are critically ill.With the growing development of society,family caregivers face more and more pressure,and it is very difficult to be found,more caregivers have harm health symptoms such as depression.Therefore,it is particularly urgent for caregivers of the severe elderly to reduce the psychological compression,and it is also a recessive demand from the social development.It is necessary for the social workers to intervene case work by professional methods and theories.Under the guidance of tutor,author paid attention to the caregiver of the elderly family.Through changchun home and community pension service project by changchun civil affairs bureau carried on the preliminary investigation and formed the thesis conception.In the process of project practice,author formed the idea of this thesis,and author also reviewed and comb the related literature at home and abroad and analyze the theories,methods and techniques of the intervention old family caregivers.Finally,author sum up experience of case study.In addition,author combine with their own professional background and use case work as the main intervention methods.Based on the intensive study of old man family caregivers psychological pressure and summarized the basic situation,author make adequate theoretical preparations for care pressure and coping strategies of family caregivers of critically ill elderly patients,and make better intervention strategies for the elderly caregivers from the perspective of social work to develop effective service programs,and then to provide a more comprehensive reference for the research of this field.
