At present our country has entered aging and the aging of The Times,national policy also began to tend to focus on disability,and secondary disability can get 80 yuan per person,per month subsidy,suggesting that the fail personnel problems began to be attention.China is a country with much of "filial piety",and as the saying goes,"a day of husband and wife one hundred days",generally relatives in the home if there is a sudden illness or accident lead to disability,so take care of him part of the National People's Congress will be his partner or children,due to their children to work more,so will give priority to with disability personnel's wife.They are accustomed to the lifestyle and living environment of their home,so they usually choose to take care of them at home.But say the word "take care" simple,to do is very difficult,caregivers to take care of the disability workers need to have some nursing knowledge,skills,patience,and this is also a long-term and effective slow work.In the long term,the carers,their body and mind,will be the various levels of stress,and economic aspects,if not timely processing of caregivers of these pressures,makes caregivers produce anxiety,irritability,and even lead to depression and other psychological problems.In such a state,continuing to care for the elderly can have an unhealthy impact on both the caregiver and the disabled.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the physical health condition and mental health condition of the disabled elderly family caregivers.The author talked with several disabled elderly family caregivers in the riverside community and learned that many family caregivers were unable to work in order to take care of the elderly.For disability elderly symptoms don't fully understand,self-awareness also appear biased,self-confidence is relatively low,also feel you don't have advantage,often feel inferior,often feel under the pressure of taking care of and mental distress.Therefore,it is necessary for the author to carry out a pressure relief group for the family caregivers of the disabled elderly.Under the concept of "helping others to help themselves",it is our social workers' duty and responsibility to relieve or improve their problems with professional knowledge.This article through to improve team members to the disability elderly care knowledge and skills of study,help team members to handle stress,strengthen the emotional management ability,let the team members to form a mutual support system,and help each other,so that team members all aspects of pressure.Innovation in methods: the project provides psychological comfort to the elderly caregiver,alleviates the pressure support service,and enables the project to continue as normal after the completion of the project.Innovation in content: the project emphasizes the relief of stress and support,emphasizes the care giver's mind,and provides them with spiritual comfort.
