In order to adapt to the new era under the background of the school physical education work "four one" the demand of the target,and the rural areas of the current pursuit of PE teachers' overall quality,China's central committee and state council have issued ? the central committee of the communist party of China,the State Council on deepening the reform of the new age teachers team construction comprehensive opinion ? and ? teacher education revitalization action plan(2018-2022)?,To guide the development and reform of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.Physical education teachers are essential to the teaching staff of school education.They are related to the actual operation and development of school physical education,and play a pivotal role in the realization of the goal of "four in one" in school physical education teaching in China.The implementation of a series of national policies and regulations under the background of the new era,especially reflects the state's attention to the continuous development of physical education teachers.Therefore,the establishment of a team of physical education teachers with high professional level and high team quality is responsible for the country,the people and the society.The rationality of the arrangement of education work and the effectiveness of the implementation are also very important.The physical education teachers in primary and middle schools are the most important part of rural school physical education.However,there are many problems in rural primary and middle schools physical education teachers.The teachers are mainly part-time physical education teachers,whose professional knowledge and sports skills are low.Age factors,narrow channels of teachers,less resources and other problems for full-time physical education teachers will also have an impact,the final physical education teachers are extremely scarce and scarce professional talents.Rural basic education without this main force of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers,his shoulders on the big responsibility of cultivating the countryside sports population,sports teachers' teaching level,moral quality and professional quality,has certain influence on construction of new countryside and promoting effect,strengthen the P.E.teachers in rural primary and secondary school education is very necessary.For this reason,this topic takes the countryside of Qinzhou District of Tianshui City as the investigation point,focuses on the post-service education of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers,aiming at providing corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the training of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers under the background of new era.This research mainly uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,to conduct an in-depth study on the current situation of the post-service education of rural primary and secondary physical education teachers in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City.The results show that:(1)Physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City are relatively reasonable in terms of age structure,educational background structure,educational background structure,and title structure,but there is a problem of heavy workload for teachers;(2)Physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City have participated in post-service education less frequently in the past three years since the new era.This indicates that the relevant education departments of Qinzhou District,Tianshui City have fewer organizations for post-service education for rural teachers and are surveyed.All teachers have participated in post-employment education and training,which also shows that the relevant education departments have basically implemented the post-employment education work for rural teachers;(3)When physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City participate in post-employment education,there are still a small number of teachers whose participation funds are shared by individuals and units or at their own expense,indicating that the relevant education departments and the school's funding management for post-employment education There are still shortcomings;(4)Among the teachers of rural primary and secondary schools in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City,nearly half of the physical education teachers have only superficial understanding of teacher post-service education and related documents under the background of the new era,and their understanding of teacher post-service education is inaccurate.The situation is worse;(5)Rural primary and secondary physical education teachers in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City have clear needs for participating in post-service education.Most teachers pay more attention to teaching and self-help training,and are committed to improving teaching quality and their own quality;(6)The content of post-service education for physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City is relatively rich,which basically meets the development needs of teachers.The content of the promotion of traditional Chinese sports as required by the state has yet to be improved;(7)The evaluation methods of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Qinzhou District,Tianshui City who participate in post-service education are mainly based on teaching demonstration,followed by full credits,which are all summative evaluations.There is no assessment of teachers' participation in post-service education.Process evaluation.It is found that the post-service education of rural PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Qinzhou District has insufficient understanding of the post-service education in the new era.Post-service education is outdated;Backward training mode;The evaluation system is not perfect;The physical education teacher teaching task is heavy,lacks the participation time and so on main problem.Through the in-depth study of the problem,the following is proposed:(1)To renew the concept and re-understand the post-service education of teachers in the new era;(2)Update the content of post-service education and join Chinese traditional sports;(3)Innovate and enrich the training methods,link up the online training with the offline training,andlink hybrid research;(4)Implement credit management of post-service education and training,and establish credit bank.(5)Alleviate the contradiction between the work and training of physical education teachers.The research results and suggestions of this thesis can be used for reference by relevant education departments,schools and all kinds of physical education workers.
